DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipping on domestic orders is FREE if the purchase is over $100. Orders under $100 will incur a flat rate $10 shipping fee.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed on the next possible business day.

During peak times and sale periods please allow some more time for your order to be processed.
Delivery within Australian metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 10 business days of being dispatched, as per the Australia Post website. For regional areas, delivery may take a little longer.

If NORTHCOTE STORE pick up is selected as the shipping method please note that your order will be ready for pick up once you receive your shipping confirmation email.
Obus recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Lost or stolen post is not covered by insurance, and Obus is not responsible for stolen or lost parcels.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via Australia Post with regular international shipping (no tracking number) for $25.00. International Shipping with tracking is available at check out for a higher fee ($35.00).

International deliveries generally take between 5-15 working days, however can take longer due to your country's customs and processing systems.

Obus recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Obus bears no responsibility for lost of stolen packages.

International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.

 

ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 Post Office: Take your parcel to any post office and return it using a trackable service. Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel.

Final Sale items may not be returned. These are marked "Final Sale" in the product description.

For all returns, please include your original invoice and filled out returns slip for expedient processing.

ONLINE RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s.

Discounts not valid on Gift Voucher sales or existing in store laybys.
Full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or ONLINE credit note. If returned in store, the item is eligible for a refund, exchange or OBUS STORE credit note.
Sale merchandise (inclusive of promotion) is eligible for exchange or online credit ONLY, and if returned to an Obus store, an exchange or OBUS STORE credit note.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition with your invoice and returns slip.
If you require an exchange, it is subject to availability at the time the item is returned.
Please indicate the replacement size, colour and item you wish to receive on items you wish to exchange.
If correct replacement size/colour/style is out of stock, repairs are not possible and you do not wish to choose an alternative item, Obus will offer an online credit, exchange or refund to the value of your original order.
Obus is not responsible for items that have been damaged in transit or items that have not been received.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please allow 14 days from the time you mail your order for return to when your return/exchange is processed. Obus will notify you via email when the transaction is complete.

Any damage incurred in transit to Obus is the responsibility of the customer.

Obus is not responsible for returns that are not received by Obus.

Purchases made online may be returned to any Obus location.

 

ONLINE RETURN POLICY FOR SWIMWEAR & EARRINGS

Our Returns Policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if you happen to change your mind about an item purchased on the online store, we will exchange it or give you a refund, provided that it's returned to us in its original condition and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.

There are no exchanges for earrings. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.​
