All prices shown on the Obus online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.

All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. Prices for all International orders are GST exclusive; however all International orders include a 10% service and handling fee. This fee exists to cover higher costs associated with offshore orders.

Obus offers the following payments options: Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, Zip Pay and AfterPay. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.

International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.


If STORE PICKUP is selected as the shipping method, please note your order will be ready for pick up from our Northcote store located at 285 High Street, Northcote, Victoria 3070 once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

Store pick up orders are only available for collection from the Northcote store. 

Northcote store pick orders do not come from in store stock. Please allow 3 business days for orders to be processed. 

Please allow 10 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary.

Please allow 5-15 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.

During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!)

Obus recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Obus bears no responsibility for lost of stolen packages.

Northcote store pick up orders not collected within 90 days of collection notification will returned to stock, no refund or credit issued. 


Your online purchase may be returned for refund, exchange, or credit note within 14 days provided the product is returned in original condition and a receipt is provided if change of mind occurs

Sale items may be returned for exchange or credit note only if change of mind occurs.

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition with your invoice and completed returns slip. 

Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned. There are no stock holds for online exchanges. 

Full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or OBUS ONLINE credit note. If returned in store, full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or OBUS INSTORE credit note. 

Sale merchandise (inclusive of promotion) is not eligible for refund on change of mind purchases, and if returned to an Obus store, an exchange or OBUS INSTORE credit note will be issued.

Merchandise purchased during sales or promotion is eligible for exchange or online credit note ONLY if change of mind occurs

Credit notes expire 6 months from the date of issue. 

As we are currently operating from the Obus warehouse with no stores open, any faulty items will need to be posted to us to be assessed by our team and repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to repair if possible. Our returns address is: 22 Taplin St, Fitzroy North VIC 3068.

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where a hygiene label is not in place.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and stockings cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Pre-orders can not be cancelled once order is placed.


Please note that WAREHOUSE SALE items may only be returned within 14 days for online credit - these items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Collect vouchers are not available to use to purchase items from the warehouse sale.


Purchases made online may be returned to any Obus store. Alternatively, you can print and complete our returns form, take your parcel to any post office and return it to the Obus Online Store using a trackable service.

Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to Obus is the responsibility of the customer.

Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.


Discounts and promotions are not valid on Gift Voucher sales or existing store laybys.
We are unable to offer rainchecks on sales or promotions instore or online.

Collect vouchers are not available to use during certain sales or promotions.

Collect vouchers are single use only. Points will not be reinstated if merchandise is returned.

Collect vouchers are not eligible for use in conjunction with Zip Pay and Afterpay in store purchases.
