All prices shown on the Obus online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by your bank and any charges further to this will be made by your bank.

All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers. 

Obus offers the following payments options: Pay Pal, Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, American Express, Zip Pay and AfterPay. The charges for any transactions made on this site are only debited from your card once the Checkout process is complete.


To assist our customers in receiving their parcels quicker, whilst also complying with social distancing guidelines, we are offering a limited Click and Collect service from the Obus Warehouse. 22 Taplin St, Fitzroy North.

Monday - Friday 2pm - 4pm ONLY

Process: Call the warehouse on 03 9482 1129 to confirm your arrival. An Obus staff member will confirm your name and order number and bring your item out to you, avoiding any physical contact.

To prioritise the safety of our staff and customers, masks, gloves and sanitisers are being used. We are not able to accomodate try-ons, or offer exchanges/returns directly at the warehouse, these will need to be processed as normal.

For our New Zealand customers, delivery may take up to 28+ days during Covid-19 due to the high volume of deliveries via Australia Post. 

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.

During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thank you for your patience!)

Obus recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment or using Parcel Locker when possible. Obus bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.


We are offering an extended returns period.  We offer a refund for full priced merchandise only. Your online purchase may be returned for refund (if applicable) exchange or credit note within 30 days, provided the product is returned in its original condition and a receipt is provided if change of mind occurs

Merchandise must have all tags attached along with your invoice and completed returns slip. 

Product exchanges are like for like and subject to availability at the time the item is returned. There are no stock holds for online exchanges. 

Credit notes expire 6 months from the date of issue. 

As we are currently operating from the Obus warehouse with no stores open, any faulty items will need to be posted to us to be assessed by our team and repaired, replaced, or refunded on a case by case basis. We follow the ACCC guidelines in regards to this and reserve the right to repair if possible. Our returns address is:

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where a hygiene label is not in place.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and stockings cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Pre-orders can not be cancelled once order is placed.


Purchases made online can currently only be returned to our warehouse via post.  You can print and complete our returns form, take your parcel to any post office and return it to the Obus Online Store using a trackable service.


Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to Obus is the responsibility of the customer.

Return postage costs are the customers responsibility. 

Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.


Discounts and promotions are not valid on Gift Voucher sales or existing store laybys.

We are unable to offer rainchecks on sales or promotions.

Collect vouchers are not available to use during certain sales or promotions.

Collect vouchers are single use only. Points will not be reinstated if merchandise is returned.

Collect vouchers are not eligible for use in conjunction with Zip Pay and Afterpay in store purchases. 

1x Collect voucher can be used per order. 

Once activated, Collect vouchers have a 60 day expiry.
