Please find below Obus’ online returns policy. If your return is from a purchase made in store, please contact the store for Instore Terms & Conditions.

 

- SHIPPING & DELIVERY -

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping to Australian addresses is FREE for purchases over $100.

Orders to Australian addresses under $100 will incur a flat rate $10 shipping fee.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post regular international shipping (with tracking number) for a flat rate of $35.00.

International Shipping charges above do not include possible taxes and charges imposed by the country of origin or destination. The responsibility of costs incurred for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may occur rest solely with the customer.

STORE PICKUP

If STORE PICKUP is selected as the shipping method, please note your order will be ready for pick up from our Northcote store located at 285 High Street, Northcote Victoria once you receive your shipping confirmation email.

DELIVERY TIMES

Please allow 10 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary.

Please allow 5-15 business days from dispatch to International addresses. Delivery time may vary due to customs and processing systems.

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.

During peak times and sale periods, please allow additional time for your order to be processed (thanks you for your patience!)

Obus recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment. Obus bears no responsibility for lost of stolen packages.

- ONLINE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES -

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the date you received your item/s. Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition with your invoice and completed returns slip. 

Permanent/Final Sale items (marked "Final Sale" in the product description) can not be refunded if change of mind occurs.

Product exchanges are subject to availability at the time the item is returned.

Full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or OBUS ONLINE credit note. If returned in store, full priced merchandise is eligible for a refund, exchange or OBUS INSTORE credit note.

Sale merchandise (inclusive of promotion) is not eligible for refund on change of mind purchases, and if returned to an Obus store, an exchange or OBUS INSTORE credit note will be issued.

Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where a hygiene label is not in place.

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged. 

RETURNING YOUR PURCHASE

Purchases made online may be returned to any Obus location. Alternatively, you may take your parcel to any post office and return it to Obus online store using a trackable service.

Costs will vary depending on your location and the weight of your parcel. Please pack your parcel carefully as damage incurred in transit to Obus is the responsibility of the customer.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. If you return a product on which duty and tax has been paid, we are unable to refund such duty or taxes.

Please allow 14 days for return/exchange processing. We will notify you via email when the process is complete.

- ONLINE PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNTS -

Discounts and promotions are not valid on Gift Voucher sales or existing in store laybys.

We are unable to offer rainchecks on sales or promotions instore or online.

Collect vouchers may not be available to use during certain sales or promotions.
