Sadly, our brick and mortar stores are currently closed. But the good news is we are open 24/7 online!
During the Stage 4 lock down, our staff are taking all necessary measures in regards to health and safety. Surfaces are wiped down daily in the warehouse and masks are worn by our staff as per the government guidelines when packing orders with regular hand washing & sanitizing taking place. We have minimum staff to maintain social distancing requirements. To support contact tracing, we are keeping record of anyone who attends our warehouse for longer than 15 minutes.
After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and an itemised receipt of your purchase.
When we have packed your order, you will then receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
We aim to fulfill all orders in a timely and efficient manner. On occasion, during launch/sale/promotion periods when we have high traffic on our website, it can result in an oversell. If this occurs, you will be notified via email and a refund will be processed. It is not our intention to upset anyone, but sadly sometimes technology doesn't keep up!
Deliveries During Covid - 19
Our courier partners are working super hard at the moment with the increased volume of deliveries. There has been a reduction in air freight and a reduction in staff due to hygiene and social distancing requirements therefore delays may be experienced by some of our customers. Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours. Purchases made on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed over the next 2-3 business days.
