Store Manager - Full time position
We are looking for a Full Time Store Manager to take our brand to the next level at our Northcote store. If you are passionate about Obus with a keen interest in ethical, sustainable, locally made fashion we would like to chat with you! Ideally, you will already have previous experience in retail in a similar job role with the following attributes:
*Manage, develop + coach the team in order to enhance customer's experience in our store.
*A friendly, thoughtful, helpful manner that will drive sales and lead by example with exceptional customer service.
*Be a hard working, team player and an amazing leader, with awesome time management and people skills.
*You will be someone that works the shop floor and gets to know our super loyal and passionate customers on a first name basis and understands their needs.
*Have a great eye for visual merchandising that will make our products sing in store, complimented by high levels of organisation and cleanliness.
*Have an excellent grasp and understanding of meeting budget, stock management and inventory.
* Our business is often fast paced + requires an individual who can adapt to changing needs within the business.
The position is inclusive of superannuation + generous wardrobe allowance.
The successful candidates will need to be available for an immediate start to head into an exciting Summer season for 2021.

We’re looking for a Bookkeeper to come aboard our team 1 day a week (flexible hours) working from the OBUS studio in the heart of Northcote. We’re after someone with a good knowledge of Xero and experience running Payroll.
