E-Commerce Manager
Role Description
We are an Australian women’s fashion label with a loyal customer base and a commitment to style, quality, and exceptional service. Our team is creative, supportive, and dedicated to delivering an outstanding online shopping experience.
As our eCommerce Manager, you will take the lead in managing our online store, overseeing all aspects of the customer journey – with a focus on SEO, enhancing user experience, and improving CRO. This permanent part-time position is based at the OBUS STUDIO, and is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and is ready to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce platform (Shopify experience highly regarded).
- Lead SEO for all product listings and the overall website to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Continuously improve the website’s UX, ensuring an intuitive, seamless and enjoyable shopping journey.
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase traffic and CRO techniques to increase conversions.
- Manage product creation, inventory and online merchandising.
- Continuously refine ad strategies and drive sales and ROI.
- Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with our marketing and design teams on campaigns and content.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience managing an e-commerce store, ideally in fashion or retail.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and proven experience in optimising e-commerce websites
- A passion for user experience, with the ability to identify and implement improvements that delight customers.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and social media.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, passionate team.
