Obus is a Melbourne Women's Fashion label founded by Kylie Zerbst that has been operating for over 20 years. We are looking for a retail sales assistant to join our small, loyal team to take our brand to the next level as a casual employee.

If you are passionate about Obus with a keen interest in ethical, sustainable, locally made fashion we would like to chat with you! Ideally, you will already have previous experience in retail in a similar job role with the following attributes:

- A friendly, thoughtful, helpful manner that will drive sales with exceptional customer service.
- Be a hardworking, positive, team player.
- You will be someone that works the shop floor and gets to know our super loyal and passionate customers on a first name basis and understands their needs.
- Have a great eye for detail that will make our products sing in store, complimented by high levels of organisation and cleanliness.
- Have an excellent grasp and understanding of meeting budgets.
- This position is casual. You will need to be flexible to work on weekends. Our business is often fast paced, changeable and exciting.
- The successful candidate will need to be available for an immediate start to head into an exciting Winter 2024.
