After placing an online order you will receive a confirmation email including an itemised receipt and an order number.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified nor refunds given if a discount or promo code has not been applied.
Orders are typically packed 2-4 days of ordering (outside weekends, public holidays & peak sale periods). After your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address this can be changed in your online profile by clicking on "view addresses" and editing the account address. Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to combine orders if placed separately.
If you have a pre sale item with readily available items in your order, all items will be posted together upon arrival of the pre sale product. Please email us at enquiries@obus.com.au if you require further assistance.

All prices listed on our website are exclusive of any overseas duties, including import GST/VAT, clearance or handling charges, and other potential customs or import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country.
Free returns on Merry People x Obus Bobbi + Fergie Boots within 14 days of receiving. Please contact enquiries@obus.com.au to initiate a return.
Delivery Time
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday during business hours (weekends/public holidays/sales may vary).
Tracking information will be available after 24hrs of receiving your shipping confirmation. A tracking number while be included in your confirmation email.
Refer to the Australia Post website in regards to shipping time frames. Allow between 10-14 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary.
We recommend signing up for an Australia Post account so you can receive updates on your delivery. Please contact Australia Post if you experience delays in the arrival of your parcel.
Our parcels require signature on delivery and will not be left at the address if you are not home. Your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office if Australia Post is the carrier.
If you would prefer your parcel to have 'authority to leave' at your address email us at enquiries@obus.com.au. If you request this option, Obus is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Same Day Delivery
- Same Day Delivery is offered to customers located within the designated radius of our warehouse in Fitzroy North.
- This service is available between Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be sent the following day.
- Orders must be placed by 11am. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following business day.
- You will receive an email & text notification when your parcel has been shipped and you order will be trackable via our Delivery Partners app.
- Parcels require signature on delivery. We recommend only using the Same Day Delivery if you are going to be at home or at your work address. You have the option to allow for Authority To Leave. If you select this, OBUS bears no responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen.
- Our courier partner aims to deliver within 4 hours of collection from our warehouse, with 7pm as the latest delivery time.
- Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Airports, Attractions, Theatres and Parcel Lockers are not eligible for Same Day Delivery.
- During sale/promotional periods, Same Day Delivery may not be available.
- In the rare event your order is not received on the same day, your shipping fee will be refunded to you, using the method that you paid.
- If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel and results in the parcel being returned to the warehouse, your order will be cancelled and a $20 charge will be deducted from your order.
- This service is not affiliated in any way with Australia Post.

Click + Collect
Minimum purchase $50
Click + Collect orders are fulfilled from our warehouse Monday - Friday.
Please await for your email confirmation for collection. Items placed for Click + Collect cannot be fulfilled from the store.
Have your email confirmation ready to show our team member.
Please ensure that you collect your order within 7 days of receiving pick up notification.
Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be available the following week. During sale/promotional periods there may a delay due to the high volume of orders placed.
Phone Orders
If you would like to purchase an item that is no longer available online but can't make it into store, our Northcote team can process orders (pending stock availability) over the phone for you and explain shipping options.

Express Post
Express Post within Australia Post is not guaranteed next day delivery but is still the quickest form of shipping. During some sale/promotional periods, we do not offer Express Post. Delays experienced with Australia Post are outside of our control.
