After placing your order you will receive an email confirmation with an order number and an itemised receipt of your purchase.

Orders are typically packed within 2-4 business days of placing your order (outside weekends/public holidays/peak sale periods). 

After your order has been packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking details.

In the rare event that you receive an email notification that an item you've purchased is not available you will receive a full and timely refund. 

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address this can be changed in your online profile. Log in to your account and click on "view addresses" to enter the correct address connected to your account.

Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we are unable to combine orders if placed separately.

If you've ordered a Pre-Sale item with us alongside readily available items, all items will be posted together unless you request otherwise.

Delivery Times

 

Deliveries are posted Monday-Friday during business hours (weekends/public holidays/sales may vary). 

 

Tracking information will be available after 24hrs of receiving your shipping confirmation. A tracking number while be included in your confirmation email. 

 

Refer to the Australia Post website in regards to shipping time frames. Allow between 10-14 business days from dispatch to Australian metropolitan addresses. Regional areas may vary.

 

We recommend signing up for an Australia Post account so you can receive updates on your delivery. If you experience a delivery issue, please email at enquiries@obus.com.au.

Our parcels require signature on delivery and will not be left at the address if you are not home. Your parcel will be taken to the nearest post office. 

If you would prefer your parcel to have 'authority to leave' at your address email us at enquiries@obus.com.au. If you request this option Obus is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.

Same Day Delivery

  • Same Day Delivery is offered to customers located within the designated radius of our warehouse in Fitzroy North. 
  • This service is available between Monday – Friday. Orders placed on weekends & public holidays will be sent the following day. 
  • Orders must be placed by 11am. Orders received after this time will be delivered the following business day.
  • You will receive an email & text notification when your parcel has been shipped and you order will be trackable via our Delivery Partners app. 
  • Parcels require signature on delivery. We recommend only using the Same Day Delivery if you are going to be at home or at your work address.  You have the option to allow for Authority To Leave.  If you select this, OBUS bears no responsibility if the parcel is lost or stolen.
  • Our courier partner aims to deliver within 4 hours of collection from our warehouse, with 7pm as the latest delivery time.
  • Hospitals, Shopping Centres, Airports, Attractions, Theatres and Parcel Lockers are not eligible for Same Day Delivery.   
  • During sale/promotional periods, Same Day Delivery may not be available.
  • In the rare event your order is not received on the same day, your shipping fee will be refunded to you, using the method that you paid.
  • If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel and results in the parcel being returned to the warehouse, your order will be cancelled and a $20 charge will be deducted from your order. 
  • This service is not affiliated in any way with Australia Post.

Click + Collect - minimum purchase $50

Click + Collect orders are fulfilled from our warehouse Monday - Friday.

Please await for your email confirmation for collection. Items placed for Click + Collect cannot be fulfilled from the store.

Please ensure that you collect your order within 7 days of receiving pick up notification. 

Orders placed after 11am on Fridays will be available the following week. During sale/promotional periods there may a delay due to the high volume of orders placed.

Express Post 

Express Post within Australia Post is not guaranteed next day delivery but the quickest form of shipping.  During sale/promotional periods there may be a delay in receiving your shipping notification. Delays experienced with Australia Post are outside of our control.
