RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Your in store purchase, sale items included, may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, provided they are returned in original condition with tags attached and your proof of purchase.  

No refunds are given for change of mind.  A credit note will be issued which is valid for 6 months to use either in store or online if a suitable exchange cannot be made.

If you have made a purchase over the phone and need to make a return, please send your order back to our Northcote Store for processing.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and stockings cannot be returned or exchanged. 

Swimwear must be returned with the hygiene sticker in place.

In the event you have received a faulty item, we follow the ACCC guidelines in regards to repairs.  We reserve the right to offer to repair the item.  Exchanges/refunds will be at the discretion of the Manager if we are unable to rectify.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges or repairs.

No returns on final sale items, unless if deemed faulty.
