Terms and Conditions // Rydges X Obus Giveaway

Prize
The prize consists of an overnight stay in a Rydges Melbourne 'Apartment' with dinner for 2 in Bossley restaurant and breakfast for two (valued at $750) and a $750 Obus Clothing Voucher.

Promotion timeframe
  • Promotion commences 4pm 03/01/24 AEDT.
  • Entries close 11.59pm Wednesday 17th AEST.
  • Entries submitted and received after this time will not be accepted.
Notification of Winner
  • The winner will be drawn by member of the Obus marketing team, selected using a random number generator on 18/01/2024.
  • Obus will notify the winner via email by Friday 19/01/24.
  • The prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • Obus reserves the right to draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn and Obus elects to draw upon such reserve entries.
Rules
  • The promotion is open to Australian residents who are over the age of 18 years. This giveaway excludes employees of Obus or Rydges Melbourne and their immediate families.
  • This prize is only valid at the Rydges Melbourne location and does not included transportation/ travel costs incurred getting to and/or from the venue and your residence.  
  • One entry per email address.
  • Obus reserves the right to edit the rules of the competition at any time.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, supported or run by Facebook or Instagram.
  • Obus will not be held liable if the named prize becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled. Obus reserves the right to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value.
  • If the prize remains unclaimed within seven working days of notifying the winner, it will be redrawn. The winner from the redraw will be notified by email within two days of the draw.
